In the app
Settings, recents and usage history, pins, aliases, snippets, and license activation are stored locally in your macOS user preferences.
Emoji Picker contains no analytics or advertising trackers. Searches, recents, pins, snippets, and active text context are not sent to inndevs. Update checks fetch the Sparkle appcast from inndevs.com.
Accessibility permission
Accessibility access lets Emoji Picker monitor global keyboard and mouse events, remove a typed trigger and query, and post the chosen content to the active app as keyboard events. For trigger detection, it keeps a bounded in-memory buffer of recent printable characters for the frontmost app; while inline search is active, it also keeps the current query in memory.
The app does not inspect the focused field through the Accessibility API, including whether a field is secure. The recent-input buffer and active query are reset as the session changes, are not written to app storage, and are not sent to inndevs. You can exclude apps where you do not want trigger monitoring.

Pro checkout
Stripe processes checkout, including your name, email address, payment details, and any billing or tax information it requires. inndevs does not receive your full card number.
Our checkout uses your name and email address to generate and deliver the license. The license key, name, email address, fulfillment source, and license-email delivery status are stored in Stripe PaymentIntent metadata so webhook retries remain safe. Stripe handles data under its privacy policy.
